"No... then I'd have to buy food."

"I'm still figuring out how this whole 'responsible grown up job thing works'"

"Ummm hot. Yeah, he was hot."

"I WAS in a good mood before."

"He's just praying for an interview so he's out of here. I wonder if Dad ever does that. So he can just get out of here without us asking him."

"No more like epilepsy and a really strong trip on something like acid. Why are you scared of death?"

"Why? Heaven is going to be sooo much better than here. So it will be so worth it. :)"

"Acid? Glad those are things you think about. And I'm scared that those I love will die. Or that I will die to young without doing a bunch of stuff I want to."

"And what's your biggest fear Aubrey?"

"Even little snakes?"

"Haha what's your biggest fear?"

"I hate to tell you this but everyone you know and love and then a couple billion more will die sometime."

"Oh, okay. That makes sense."

"Just randomly wondering"

"Haha well obviously. Something other than that."

"Well I know sugar bear. Just, if they die too early. Like, if my siblings die or something. I don't see em as much as I'd like. What if they die tomorrow and I don't get to say goodbye?"

"Then you'll feel sad and sorry and hope that the last time you talked to them you told them you loved them."

"Well what would be the worst death for you?"

"That's why I tell every sing person I love them when I leave. Is that insane?"

"To die right now."

"If that is the sole reason then yes. If not then no."

"What do you mean?"

"Like if you're just saying it cause of your fear then yes. But if you have other reasons behind it then no."

"Well I don't know. There was a girl at my school who got shot. Or if it was my fault. Like I was just stupid and got myself in a car accident."

"Other reasons? Like the fact I love them?"

"Yeah and that you feel it and feel like telling them."

"That's how you would hate to die?"

"I do. :) I love you! :D"

"Yeah. Just if I did something stupid. How would I be remembered?"

"And I love you too."

I can't explain

There are those times when you get so frustrated that you fall on your knees gripping the edge of your bed in despair.

It is in those moments that so passionately in my mind, as if I were physically crying out, "Why God? Why?"

I sit.

I wait.

Nothing ever happens.

Slowly, your grip loosens and you realize you're acting stupid.

You immediately kneel as straight and humbly as you can. You tell God how sorry you are. For the way you're acting.

That's when you show how much you trust him. You know that he is doing everything and he really loves you.

Marvelous Day

Yesterday was

Perfect

Even if I may or may not have sprained my wrist slipping on the freshly mopped floor at Gandolfo's.

Why was yesterday perfect?

My week has been thus:

MONDAY: Dance

TUESDAY: Work

WEDNESDAY: Dance

THURSDAY: Work

FRIDAY: Dance

So yesterday I woke up. I had nothing to do. I went to the temple.

Now, don't get me wrong because I love my friends I really do. But for some reason, I just needed those 2 and a half hours of peace by myself.

Just me and the notebook and writing furiously til my wrist cramps up. (pre-sprain)

I came home. I had nothing better to do so I went to a boutique.

Joe texted me. I love Joe, Rob, Danny, Tylan, and Kirk and was so excited. I haven't been with my boys in a while. We drove around,loudly singing and writing "I Love you" with chalk in gas stations.

They dropped me off at home so I could go to work. When I came home, the first thing I saw was my dad on the porch dumbfounded.

Someone had written with chalk, "We Love Aubrey!"

Then there was a note that said,

"Dear Darla,

I hate your stinkin guts. You're the scum between my toes. You make me vomit.

Love, Alfalfa"

You can imagine my dad's confusion.

After work, I went to Rachel's house.

There were so many whom I love so much.

I just love days like that.
